What methods do you use to communicate during the project?
I am available on phone or skype. Please let me know your timezone and when you would like to speak so I can accommodate.
Do you offer photography on your projects?
Yes, I have good photographers with high quality DSLR cameras and other professional kit. They have a keen eye for composition coupled with excellent retouching skills.(Service only available in Mumbai)
Do you offer support even after the site is finished?
Of course. If you are having any issues with the website then please do not hesitate to contact me.
How much input is needed from my end?
I always recommend and welcome input from my clients. The more input I get from you, the better I am able to meet your desired output.
What if I want to update my website after it’s gone live?

At the end of every website project, and as a part of the service, I would be spending 2 hours with you on Skype for 2 days and take you though the working of the content management system (CMS). This will help you manage the content within your site. Empowering my clients with this option both allows them to retain a feeling of control and ownership whilst also reducing their ongoing cost. If however your edits are beyond your technical expertise then I would gladly quote a rate for the alterations.


Why doesn’t my website look the same in every browser?

You shouldn’t be facing a problem if you are viewing you website in the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or IE as they render your website the same way. The older versions lack this capability and then there may be differences in how your website is displayed in various browsers.


Will my website be on the page one of Google?

I completely understand that everyone wants to be on page one of google for their chosen keywords, however if there are 100 competitors all wanting to rank high then there are going to be 90 of them left disappointed. I won’t mislead you this way by saying that I can get your website ranked high. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a very specialist market and getting on to page one or even position one can cost $ 100′s if not $1,000′s (yes thousands) and can take a team of 20+ a number of weeks to get you there, and is also a never-ending process. I do understand SEO, but I do not promise results that I cannot guarantee.


When will my website start appearing on google?

After I submit your website to the search engines, it can take up to four weeks to be fully indexed.


Do the website prices include a logo design?

No, but I would be happy to produce a logo to accompany your website and would be happy to offer very reduced rates if requested with a website design and build.


How are your website built?

All my websites are coded in valid XHTML and CSS and are administrated through wordpress.


Do you recommend flash website?

No, I never recommend flash website for reason that the entire website when done using flash rarely get good search engine result.


How long does it takes to build a website?

This can vary on each client’s requirements, but normally takes between 2-6 weeks from the initial mock-up to the website going live on the Internet.


Why are your prices different from your competitors?

I feel that my prices are in-line with our technical knowledge and the high quality of work that I produce; I do not undervalue or inflate my prices and feel that my close relationship with my clients gives me the edge. Yes there are companies that charge less for a website, but you always get what you pay for.


Do we need to have a meeting?

Historically, communication in alot of our jobs have been carried out through email messages and phone/skype calls but if you would like to meet in person to discuss the particulars of a large scale job then I would be happy to arrange that. Get in touch with me soon!


How long will the design process take?

Start times and turnaround times for projects vary depending on my workloads and the complexity of each individual project. When supplying you with a quote, I will also provide you with a guide timelines for finishing your final artwork. For example, when the initial concept designs are likely to be ready and how long to expect each round of revisions to take to turnaround.


Can I discuss my project with you over the phone?

Although many of my projects have been carried out completely using just email contact, I would be happy to discuss your requirements over the telephone should you require. Please click on the contact tab in the top right of this website to contact me through any of the methods shown.


Who will own the copyright to my design?

On receipt of full payment, the exclusive copyright of the final chosen design is automatically passed to you. I do however retain the right to display the design in my portfolio, or for promotional purposes on or offline.


How will I receive my artwork?

Your final artwork will be supplied to you via email or YouSendIt/Mail Bigfile/Dropbox for larger files, in a variety of formats for use in both web and print. These will include JPEG, GIF, TIFF and EPS files. Other formats can also be provided on request. I would also setup a dropbox folder for regular clients so that you have access to your file anywhere, anytime.


I would like you to design my business stationery but what if my contact changes in the future?

All completed works are backed up both physically and on a cloud server. As such, any future amendments can be made at an extra cost.


I want some marketing designed for print, what will you need from me?

On placing a request for graphic design work I would send you a work request email/form asking a few key questions about your project. On receipt of your completed email/form, I will get back to you with a quote and timescale for your project. You will need to you supply me with any logos, photos, illustrations and text copy you want included in the design piece. If required I can source suitable stock photos and illustration to suit your project.


Do you provide printing services?

Yes I do offer print services.


What payments do you accept?

I accept cheque, bank transfer and paypal. Details of which will be included on your invoice.


What kind of website do I need?

Every client is different so please contact me with some details and I will advise you on the most suitable type of website for you.


Why arent your website prices shown?

Unlike print, website requirements can vary massively with different clients requiring all kinds of functionality. As such I would breakdown the cost within the quote, helping you decide which add-ons and features suit your budget.
